At Confidenshal Herbal Care, we’re committed to delivering your herbal goods safely, quickly, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details regarding order processing, delivery times, and shipping fees.

Order Processing

  • All orders are handcrafted and packed with care.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During peak times (sales, holidays), processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll always notify you of delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (Canada) – Standard & Express options available

  • International– Please note that customs fees or duties may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with your local post office or delivery carrier first.

  • Then email us at confidenshalherbalcare@gmail.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Sustainable Packaging

As part of our commitment to nature, we do our best to use eco-friendly, recyclable, or reusable packaging materials wherever possible.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package leaves our hands.

  • For international orders, customs and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
