At Confidenshal Herbal Care, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted herbal products. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are made fresh, natural, and personal care-based—we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds.

Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns on most of our products due to hygiene, safety, and freshness concerns. This includes (but is not limited to):

Herbal oils
Face and body serums
Body scrubs or butters
Infused oils and balms

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly correct it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the issue.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in limited cases:

Damaged items that cannot be replaced
Orders canceled before shipping
Non-receipt of product (verified with tracking)

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Used products
Digital downloads (if applicable)
Products returned without prior approval
Delays caused by carriers (we cannot control shipping timelines once the package leaves us)

How to Start a Return or Request a Refund
